4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Fees

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and cancellation of associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses must be used and wagering requirements met within the specified validity period (typically 30 days for welcome bonuses, 7-14 days for other promotions). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire after this period.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geo-restrictions or claim region-specific bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All players must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

8. Limitations of Liability

9.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with mop777 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. By using mop777 services, you agree that:

• Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Curacao.
